Arthur P. Villa has been providing technical solutions for twenty years for companies in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Villa’s main focus in recent years has been business development project team build-out, and high-level project conceptualization. Mr. Villa also provides Product Manager services where he serves as the client advocate to makes sure that BBS teams are meeting and exceeding client expectations. Mr. Villa also has the distinction of “.NET Insider” in the Southern California region which is a select group of developers with closer ties to Microsoft regarding emerging technologies and technical direction.
